Professional Growth & Learning
As a member of the PGL research group at Tampere University, I investigate the continuous professional development of university teachers. This involves understanding how teachers develop their expertise and adapt their pedagogical approaches in rapidly changing environments.
KEY PROJECTS
- • Developing digital pedagogics project
• How do university teachers survive and thrive in online teaching in deprived and developed contexts?
Education in Crisis
How do educational systems adapt when the very foundations of society are disrupted? This core theme explores the resilience of teachers, students, and institutions in war zones, with a particular focus on the Palestinian context.
